COMPOSITION:

80% Meat, 10% Bone, 10% Offal. Pheasant cuts. Bone, kidney, Liver, Spleen.

TYPICAL ANALYSIS:

Moisture 68%, Protein 15%, Oil 13%, Ash 4%

STORAGE:

Keep frozen until use. Store at -18c. Defrost before serving and keep refrigerated in a sealed container. Use within 24 hours of defrosting.

Ensure all hands, surfaces, tools, and equipment are washed thoroughly after handling raw products.
