Order information

All of our goods can be purchased via our website. If you would like to pay by cash or card on delivery, we can take your order over the phone where one of our friendly team members will register your order, or by email. Please note, for cash on delivery requests, the delivery charge (if applicable) must be paid in advance. Goods will not be left if payment is not received at the time of delivery.

When placing an order, please provide your name, full address including postcode and a telephone number. We will need to contact you to let you know that we are delivering your products.

We update our website daily. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will update our system as soon as the new stock arrives. If you wish to order a product that is out of stock, please send us a message and we will try to place an advanced order for you.

For same day delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm. Orders after 2pm, will be ready for dispatch or collection the next working day. If you miss the deadline for same day delivery, your order can be collected from the shop. Alternatively, your order will be delivered the following week on the day we are travelling to your area. Please look at our delivery routes on the ‘Delivery information’ page. It will explain where we are travelling from Monday to Friday. Be aware that you will only receive your same day delivery, if we are travelling to your postcode on that day.

All orders can be collected from our shop free of charge. Orders to be collected from the shop must be received by 8pm the day before. We will contact you to let you know your order is ready for collection. The shop details can be found at the bottom of the website. Our shop opening hours are:

All of our deliveries are carried out after 3PM, to ensure that frozen produce is not left outside for long periods of time. We cannot always provide our customers with set delivery times, however, if you need your order delivering within a certain time frame, or to a different location, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

Delivery information

Orders can be collected free of charge from our shop, Cornwall Canine Centre, Hope Terrace Yard, Newquay, Cornwall, TR7 1NN

Our home delivery service operates from Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on the weekend, but our shop is open for collection.

We deliver to the following postcode areas on the following days:

MONDAY – TR6, TR7, TR8, TR9, PL27, PL28

TUESDAY – TR4, TR5, TR14, TR15, TR16, TR19, TR20, TR26, TR27

WEDNESDAY – TR1, TR2, TR3, TR10, TR11. TR12, TR13, TR17, TR18

THURSDAY – PL11, PL12, PL13, PL14, PL17, PL22, PL23. PL24, PL25, PL26

FRIDAY – PL15, PL29, PL30, PL31, PL32, PL33, PL34, PL35

There is a £15 minimum spend on all online orders.

Orders under £30 will incur a £5.95 delivery charge.

Orders between £30-£50 will incur a £4.50 delivery charge.

Free delivery on all orders over £50

Please ensure you have provided us with your full name, address, and contact number. We may need to contact you if we are having difficulty locating your property.

If there is nobody available to receive the delivery, please leave specific notes as to where you would like your goods to be left. We will contact you to let you know that we have left the products in your suggested location.

We will do our utmost to ensure that you receive your products in good order, however, we cannot be held liable for any damage or thawing of products once the goods have been left at the property.

Refunds and replacements will only be available if the goods have been damaged or spoiled before or during transit.
