80% Meat, 10% Bone, 10% Offal. Beef cuts, bone heart, liver and spleen.

TYPICAL ANALYSIS:
Moisture 72%, Protein 16%, Oil 10%, Ash 2%
STORAGE:
Keep frozen until use. Store at -18c. Defrost before serving and keep refrigerated in a sealed container. Use within 24 hours of defrosting.
Ensure all hands, surfaces, tools, and equipment are washed thoroughly after handling raw products.
